How to Bovi-Bond: Step-by-Step

Good to know! For best results, use Bovi-Bond between 15°C and 25°C

STEP 1:
Clean the hoof with a grinder or a hoof knife.

STEP 2:
Prepare the cartridge and dispenser. Open the cartridge by turning the cap counter clockwise. 

STEP 3:
Attach the mixing tip and place the cartridge in the dispenser

STEP 4:
Dry the hoof and the hoof block with a heat gun.

STEP 5:
Dispense material to ensure both sides are flowing

STEP 6:
Apply Bovi-Bond on the hoof block

STEP 7:
Place the hoof block on the hoof

STEP 8:
Hold the block for 30 seconds

STEP 9:
Weight bearing after 2-3 minutes
